  I began buying my automotive parts and supplies from O'reilly's on a whim when the other Fenton parts stores started offering more lip service than action. I have dealt with likely the entire team at one time or another.....they are all very courteous. From Sonja, the manager, down through the least senior employee, I have received exactly what I have requested at a competitive price. Never once have I gotten excuses when a special order is delayed because they assure the parts are there when they say they will be......never delayed. I have very near a 45 year career of the automotive development field behind me.....knowing that, the team is very good at listening to what I say as well as exchanging their opinions in the interest of problem solving. The only downside I see is the rewards process......it forces valued frequent customers to carry their smart phone to provide the emailed reward coupons at the time of future purchase. I wish it more closely resembled the process that Autozone maintains. A small price to pay for the primary service I receive.
