  I've known the family owned company for years. They are the most trustworthy people around. They've re-done multiple things. Tho sometimes dates are not met, their product is guaranteed and always comes without a flaw. I had my couch cushions done five years a ago. My dogs wore holes into them. Not their fault but they re did them for free. Now that is quality dependable service. Every person I've turned on to them has always gone back for more with zero complaints. For the people giving them a bad review, I'm sure they nickel and dimed the company to the point the owner does not care if their business is liked. He takes care of those people that are loyal and respectable. If you owe them money, pay your bill and you may get the outcome you expect.
